Refund policy

Each piece is made to order in Comfort Colors garment-dyed cotton and printed just for you, so we handle returns a little differently than an off-the-shelf shop.

If something is wrong with your order

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or it is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Email us at support@tireddoghappydog.co within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind or wrong size

Because each item is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide before you order. If something is not working out, reach out anyway. We are a small brand and we would rather help than leave you with something you will not wear.

Refunds

Once we approve a refund, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take a few extra days for your bank or card company to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email us at support@tireddoghappydog.co.
